Clinique All-In-One travel palette.

  Hello everybody!
I hope everything's good for you!
So since school is almost over, we all want to travel a little bit and go even for 2 or 3 days somewhere unsual to change our mind a bit. You don't want to bring to much things on holidays and add weight to your luggage right? Well I found the perfect palette from Clinique. This is something that I bought at the airport duty free and it was about 32€ I think.
It is really pretty, it's all mirrory outside and has a really big mirror on the inside. It really is basic, it only contains the most imporant things : powder, blush, 4 eye shadows, 4 lip colours and a mascara. I've only used what's on the palette so you can really see how it looks and what you can do only with it, that's why you still can see my imperfection (the powder has not a total coverage) my eyebrows are not done, I'm not even wearing concealer and I do have bad dark circles, no bronzer either but anyways. It took me about 7 minutes to do the look below, yes it did. Really easy, really pretty, casual and natural. You could also use it for night time and use more dark shadows. I personnaly used the 4 of them. I also used the two pink lipsticks.
I just used my own brushes because, you know, the ones on the palette are very very small...
I really love the palette, all the colors are very pretty, the blush and powder are very light and I like it, perfect for oily skins too.

Now, let's move on to the natural make up I made ONLY using what's on the palette. What I did is that I made a natural eye look, the inner corner is light and then in the middle we have something a little bit more dark and at the outside it has the most dark brown of the palette which is fading into the eye.

This is it for today, I hope you enjoyed it and if you want any more informations about what the colors are called or the shades of the eyeshadows just let me know!
I see you all very soon for a new blogpost,
Loads of love,
Lou xx

Top 10 summer dresses.

   Hello everybody!
Seems like sun is finally here! As the sun is starting to show his nose, summer dresses also do! I have an obsession with dresses because I find them really easy to style, they are really flattering for my curves and really comfy too! So I picked 10 dresses from my collection to show you guys, most of them are from Zara or H&M so they are all afordable. I won't be talking anymore, let's just get started!

So the first one is from last year's zara summer collection and it is a really pretty liberty print dress. What makes her so special is the holes on the sides and the thin straps.
As you can see, it has big red and pink flowers with different shades of green on a navy blue background.

Now the next dress I'm going to talk about is a H&M dress. THis one is more "basic" I suppose then the first one. It's a grey dress with a lace back and a lace "belt" on the front. The dress is made of cotton so it is so comfy I really really love this one!

This is what the lace back looks like.

The next dress is also from last year's collection but from pimkie. It is also a liberty print and you will see that I am a huge fan of liberty prints even though it's more last year's trend, I still love wearring that kind of dress, it just feels summery and I love it!
It has a sort of lace but not the "normal" one, it is just round lace I guess... It also has a zip on the front. I suck at describing things as you can see...

The next dress that I got is also a liberty print one but not waisted like the first ones. This is not my favorite one but I like to wear it on very hot days since it's very light. It also has a zp on the front but it has flounces which give it some style if you ask me.
You could wear it with a big belt to style it if you want it more waisted but I kinda like it that way!

The next item is a dress that I'm not wearing quite often but i like it anyways. It is a perfect dress for all summer, you could wear it to go to the beach, you could wear it  in the city to just hang or you could wear it after the shower when the skin is still warm from the sun, when you have after sun cream on, your hairs are still wet and you smell all good (this is my favorite time of the day to be honest). It looks so pretty when you are tanned!

The next dress that I'm going to talk about is my all time favorite dress, this is the dress that I wear everytime I have big events it's really chic but if you wear it with ballerinas or flat shoes it could be really casual and basic and nice. This is a gift from my mom, all I know is that it is from Zara and it also is from last year's collection. Ii's really waisted so it is really flattering for the curves, it is baggy at the hips and bum, it has pockets too. There is a chain at the top that I found so pretty actually.
And by the way I just realized that in almost every dress there is a zip, wow.
This one has more pictures than the others because I'm in love with it basically.

The next dress is a very light dress that is quite short so I only wear it to the beach when I have a bathing suit underneath but I find the liberty print really pretty! This one is from Kiabi and I got it for like nothing I think it was like 4€ or something like that.

Moving on to a more basic and random one, this dress is also a H&M dress with flounces at the top and it has a small belt so you can waist it as you wish. I really like this one because it could be chic with hills but comfy and cool with flat shoes. I'm wearing Tropéziennes but I also like to wear it with fluo pink ballerinas from Gap. This one's from past years collection maybe 2 or 3 years I really don't know.

The next dress that I'm going to talk about is a very pretty dress from an not known shop. It's navy blue and white, basicaly. It has some little white bows and a quite big peter pan collar also white. I'm wearing it with H&M ballerinas from this year's collection, I really love them they are so cute! It is quite short actually but I make sure that my bum isn't out and don't care about what anyone thinks, haha. I went to London and when I wore it I got so much nice comments about it some people took pictures of my outfit I actually felt so famous, it was sooo funny!

And last but not least, this dress is so pretty that I could just keep it infront of my eyes and watch it until they burn. (what?) This is a H&M dress that I got like one month ago. It is a black and white tiger printed dress. Now, the back as a twisted top and a hole that goes from the top to almost the end of the back. I absolutely love the dress.

This is time for us to tear apart, I hope you guys liked it,
I see you all very soon for a new post,
Loads of love,
Lou xx

Getting ready with me for an exam.

  Hi guys!
So today I'm doing a "getting ready" for the first time and since it is the end of the year, we all have a lot of exams. It does not really matter how old you are, if you're in school, you must have some exams, just like I did! That is why I wanted to do a "getting ready for an exam" because if you are stressed, you have 99% of chance to not be at your best infront of your paper so I thought I'd give you some tips and advice to be relax, prepared and having a good day because we all agree that a "stressed day" is the most annoying thing ever.
This one is a bit long but please read until the end, it is worth it!

It might seem a bit silly to say that but the more prepared you are, the more you will be relaxed basically. The best advice that I could give to you is to study a little bit every day and not to do every thing the day before the exam. What is the most perfect organisation if you asked me is to finished all revisions two days before the D-Day.
Every thing that I'm going to say is personal, some people have their own way of studying and their own way of remembering things etc so if it works for me it could work for you too but it also could not work at all!
First, what I like to do is to put my lessons and the most important points of it into notes on little cards. I have 3 different colors, one for scientificts subjects, another one for litterary/languages ones and the last color is for exercising and things like that. I keep them organized in a small ring binder. This is the papers that I like to use.

If you think you have everything on your head and that you are ready then we can pass on step 2. The day before try not to learn anything because it is going to be all blurry in your head, all the fresh infos won't be totally on your mind for the exams so it is a bad idea, at D-1 you should just try to relax, be zen, keep your ming busy if you do not want to completely freak out. What I personnaly adore to do is to work out. You don't have to pay for gym or work out cloths you know. There is so many YouTube videos/channels, IPhone apps and stuff that can 100% help and guide you from warm up to stretching! My favorite chanel is blogilates I highly recommand you to check it out and my favorite Iphone App is "Nike Training Club" which has so many work outs for every types of workers! Working out helps keeping your mind busy, helps clearing your head from negative thoughts and unwinds.

After I worked out for an hour more or less, I wait for about 20 minutes because you always keep sweating until your body completly calms and cools out.

What I really like to do is to make a bath. I'm not going to wash my hair obviously because it is going to be a warm relaxing bath. I'm going to use a lush bombe bath which is a gift from my amazing best friend so I can't tell you the name but it smells amazing, it smells like rose and I loooove it.

Since I like my bath very hot and I just worked out, I like to take a huge glass of very cold water or iced tea. My favorite iced tea is the oh so famous Arizona peached flavor which tastes like heaven in a bottle.

I'm a "book person" so as soon as I got a little time, I grab my book and read. A hot relaxing bath pre-work out isn't a hot relaxing bath pre-work out without a good book! Since the whole point of this article is to keep your mind busy, there's nothing better on earth than reading! I am currently reading "The Fault in Our Stars" by John Green. I'm not gonna do any spoiler but OH MY FREAKING GOD I almost finished it and I'm crying my eyes out. I 100% am recommanding you to read it as soon as possible!

Of course, a proper pamper evening contains a mask! I usually use a purifying mask but I got a sample of a relaxing white clay mask from a french brand called "Laino" which is one of my all time favorites brands, it does creams and stuff like that. If you're from France and you see a product from Laino you should purchase it if you want my opinion.
This one has lavender essential oil and white clay which are so relaxing and tonifying at the same time, love it!

Try to cut off your cell phone and stop any informatics things as soon as possible because it keeps your brain awake and keeps it to calm down because of the light etc... Of course, the more you are rested the more you will feel good on D-Day.

I hope this article helps you in anyway and that you liked it.
If you want me to do a work out/weight loss article or something related please let me know!
Loads of love,
Lou xx
