Sephora and Yves rocher summer haul.

Hi guys!
It has been incredibly long since I haven't write something over here ans I'm so sorry about it but since I'm in holidays, I don't always have internet or a computer so I just couldn't come over here. I'm so sorry! So today's article as you can see is a haul from sephora and Yves Rocher and (almost) all the products are meant or gonna be use during summer! The products from Sephora were actually bought about 3 weeks ago so I shot them at that time but there isn't enough items to do a single article that's why there's also Yves Rocher items! I went to Yves Rocher this afternoon to be honest and I thought "well you have internet and a computer just sit and write that article!" so I did. Anyways let's get straight into it.

Let's start with the Sephora items. I just wanted to apologize first for the bad lightening : I took the pictures just after I got home which was around 8PM maybe so the sun was really low... Anyways, the first thing I got is an after-sun moistrurizing balm. I've been using this after a whole day at the beach sunbathing and it's really cooling, I absolutely love using it! Plus the smell is absolutely perfect, it smells like summer, monoi and coconut I think... I suck at describing smells, I'm sorry. It is a huge tube, 200ml so it's gonna last me ages and since it's from Sephora it wasn't expensve at all, I don't remember how much exactly but I would definitely recommend this product if you have quite a small budget for summer products.

Staying in the pure "summer" theme, the next thing I got is an adjustable sunscreeen. Yes, you heard (well read) me, adjustable.  Let me explain, the bottle is separed in two sections, one is full of full coverage SPF 50 sunscreen and the other is full of medium coverage SPF 15. When you turn the top of the bottle on the "50" section, only SPF 50 sunscreen will come out ; when you're on the "15" section, only SPF 15 sunscreen will come out but if you put the top on the "30" section, you will get both 50 and 15 mixed up! Which gives you a medium to heavy coverage. I find that it's absolutely genius because in one bottle you can adjust you're coverage from the start of your holidays where you'll be quite pale and will need a good coverage to the end where you'll start to have a tan and wouldn't need a high SPF and it makes everything easier and lighter! I absolutely love this thing.

This is not a very pretty photo but you can really see the different sections of the bottle.

Now, this is not a summer item related because I'm going to use it during the whole year through but I bought it in the summer so I guess it makes it okay? Anyways, I bought this depuffing roll-on gel and I'm going to mixt my benefit "boing" concealer which is quite thick and now it's perfect! And I would like us to take a moment to appreciate how Sephora made some efforts on their packagings.

The next thing is a make up item and it's an eyeshadow in a really pigmented and really glittery grey. I don't have it with me and I can't remember the name of it, sorry...

Eye shadow - Sephora

Now, this is more of a summer-beauty item because I already had this foundation but it was almost out so I re bought it because I really like it but this time in one or two shades darker than my usual foundation simply because I want it to match my tan. Also, this foundation is oil free and loadsofotherthings free which means it's very good for all skins type! It comes with a mirror and a sponge.

The next thing I got from sephora is a waterproof flashy linerin a silver shade and I think i's actually called "silver" but I'm not sure, I don't have it me either... I'm a bit dissapointed about it because I wanted to put it on my waterline but once you applied it you can't almost see it, it does not change a thing! I got it on the sales for about 2€ I think so it's okay but still...

Now moving on to Yves Rocher yaaaaay! Since I'm on holidays in the south of France and that I usually take every pictures on my desk which is in Paris of course, I thought that since I had to change the background of the picture that I could shoot next to the pool! Enjoy ;)

The first thing I got is a gentle exfoliating cleanser. Now, I tried it once tonight actually and I really really loved it, I couldn't agree more with the "gentle" part because it does not feel harsh on the skin and since I have a tan myy skin is really sensitive and it did not attack my skin at all. It's from the sebo specific collection.

Now moving on to a 100% summery product, the next thing I got is a monoï oil that you can use pretty much for everything, you could use it on your hair or on your skin to moisturize! It smells like heaven, obviously.

Now, in the skin care theme again, the next things I got are both from their "hydra végétal" collection.

Since I'm runing out of moisturizing face cream, I thought I try this out. It feels so smooth, really light, since it's concentrate you will need a tiny little bit for your whole face so I'm pretty sure I will use this for ages! Plus it has a really likeable smell.

Moisture boost concentrate - Yves Rocher / 20,90€

I also got their cleanser because it's a refreshing gel so I thought that it was going to be so likeable on a warm day! It smells really good too, it smells like cumcumber, I love it !

Now the next thing I got is a nail polish in a really pretty turquoise shade. What I really really like about it is that it's in a tint bottle and since you never really end up a nail polish, you don't waste if your nail polish is so tiny! It's a perfect color for summer and it goes perfectly with a tan, I'm loving it.

Nail Polish "Joli Turquoise" - Yves Rocher / 1,95€
Now moving on to the most exciting thing about this haul, JUMBO EYE PENCIL! I absolutely love how those kind of pens look but I never had the chance to try one out so I got four different shades. The blue-toned pink is from their limited summer collection and the others are from the permanent collection. Plus, I went on the shower with the swatches on the hand and it didn't move! It's really long lasting, it's amazing!

From left to right : 41. violet électrique ; Opale Dorée ; Orchidée rose ; 71. Brun doré.

And finally, the next thing I got is an eyebrow pencil which is doubled-sided, one side is the pencil and this other one is the eyebrow brush! I really love it, it has an amazing matte finish, my favorite eyebrow item ever!

And that's it! I hope you guys enjoyed this haul,
I missed being here so bad, I promise I'm gonna redeem myself by posting as many articles as I can,

June glossy box (France) 2 years anniversary!

   Hello everybody!
So today's article is going to be about this month's glossy box for France of course! Well this month is a particular month because it's their two years anniversary, so happy anniversary glossy box France!

Now that this is said, let's get straight into the products.
When I opened the small box that the post men gave me yesterday morning, I saw a plastic bag. Can you imagine how confused I was? Well I was confused anyways, BIG TIME. So I checked the papers joined with the bag and then I understood, it's a make up bag (not so pretty to be honest I'm so not taking that onto my handbag) but it is so useful it has so many pockets on the sides it also has one wit a zipper on the front, you can close the principal pocket with the two ropes (I actually have no idea how you call that thing on the side so let's just say it's called ropes) I got, as usual, 5 beauty/care products and I also got a little mirror really cute!

The first thing that i got on that cute little bag is not for me so it's going to be my mom's really soon is a anti-aging cream from Payot institute. I guess it is actually amazing because it costs 75€ so yeah...

Moving on to something way more exiting, the next thing I got is a hair care product actually. It's a nourishing mask for damaged hair. It couldn't be better actually because my hair are so damaged right now it's scary and I need to go to the hair dresser but I'm scared that she cuts to much and then I'm annoyed and angry at everybody for the next weeks. You do not want that, let me tell you. But yeah anyways, can't wait to try it. Plus I got 20% off ther website so I'm totally gonna take a look at their products real soon. I'll keep you guys updated on my twitter (by the way, don't forget to follow me on twitter @louguillouard and instagram which is @louzeebo for only make up/beauty related pics and @louguillouard for everyday pictures) or just click on the "where else to find me" section on the right. Anyways I got lost, let's stay on that glossy box. So yeah, nourishing mask from Eugene Perma, can't wait to try this.

Staying in the "care" face/body theme, the next thing I got is a shower gel from Fruzina and it is grape based (does that make any sense? don't think so) but anyways it's so surprising because it's bright purple (don't see the connection between bright purple and grape) so when you put it on your body you really want to wash it off. Quickly. Haha. It smells good though and I think that it's refreshing so for someone who takes his shower on the morning it would b so nice! Well, too bad I don't but anyways.

Now moving on to the most make up related item from the 5 of them which is a tinted lip balm from figs & rouge. It's a 100% natural, 100% pure. YAY. mine is in a very very very shimmery/glittery blush pink and it is called coco rose. Well actually I'm not sure if it is the actual name of it but it looks like it is, I'm lost, I don't know. You could also apply this to your hands or your body if you have very dried skin! I wouldn't say that I hate it on the lips but I'd personally rather have nail polish on my lips than that...haha. No, just kidding but anyways I really don't like that it leaves a feeling on the lips awful as if you kept a lip scrub without scrubbing or taking it off... I really love the packaging though!

Now the next thing Im going to be talking about is my favorite item from the box I'm super exited about this one it's a roll-on perfume of "L'eau Jolie" (which means "the pretty water") from Lolita Lempicka and OH MY GOD this thing smells so good and lovely and summery and I just love it! Since it's a roll-on I like it even more because my last roll-on was a Zara one and I broke it and I cried. I'm serious. Don't judge me. Hopefully I won't break this one!

Here you go, this week's article is already finish, I hope you guys liked it,

Clinique All-In-One travel palette.

  Hello everybody!
I hope everything's good for you!
So since school is almost over, we all want to travel a little bit and go even for 2 or 3 days somewhere unsual to change our mind a bit. You don't want to bring to much things on holidays and add weight to your luggage right? Well I found the perfect palette from Clinique. This is something that I bought at the airport duty free and it was about 32€ I think.
It is really pretty, it's all mirrory outside and has a really big mirror on the inside. It really is basic, it only contains the most imporant things : powder, blush, 4 eye shadows, 4 lip colours and a mascara. I've only used what's on the palette so you can really see how it looks and what you can do only with it, that's why you still can see my imperfection (the powder has not a total coverage) my eyebrows are not done, I'm not even wearing concealer and I do have bad dark circles, no bronzer either but anyways. It took me about 7 minutes to do the look below, yes it did. Really easy, really pretty, casual and natural. You could also use it for night time and use more dark shadows. I personnaly used the 4 of them. I also used the two pink lipsticks.
I just used my own brushes because, you know, the ones on the palette are very very small...
I really love the palette, all the colors are very pretty, the blush and powder are very light and I like it, perfect for oily skins too.

Now, let's move on to the natural make up I made ONLY using what's on the palette. What I did is that I made a natural eye look, the inner corner is light and then in the middle we have something a little bit more dark and at the outside it has the most dark brown of the palette which is fading into the eye.

This is it for today, I hope you enjoyed it and if you want any more informations about what the colors are called or the shades of the eyeshadows just let me know!
I see you all very soon for a new blogpost,
Loads of love,
Lou xx
